If the microwave is built‑in, mounted, or located in a hard‑to‑reach spot, choose our in‑home removal option for an additional fee — we’ll safely disconnect and remove most units when access and electrical disconnection are arranged.

What’s included

• Curbside pickup (no extra cost): Place the microwave at the agreed curb/driveway location and our crew will collect it during the scheduled window.
• In‑home removal (additional fee): We can remove countertop units from inside the home or handle built‑in/mounted microwaves for a fee when proper access and safe electrical disconnection are available.
• Responsible e‑waste recycling: Microwaves are processed at authorized facilities that recycle metal, plastics, and electronic components to minimize landfill waste.
• Disposal documentation: Receipts available on request for records or business needs.

How to prepare your microwave

• Unplug the appliance and remove any loose items (turntables, trays, accessories).
• For built‑in or mounted microwaves, please have the power safely disconnected by a qualified electrician before our crew arrives unless you select the in‑home removal add‑on and confirm we can coordinate safe disconnection.
• Place countertop units at the curb/driveway prior to the scheduled pickup window if using curbside service.
• If the unit is heavy, mounted high, or behind cabinetry, upload photos during booking so we can provide an accurate quote.

Accepted & not accepted

• Accepted: Countertop microwaves, over‑the‑range microwaves (with prior arrangement), and most built‑in units when safe disconnection is arranged.
• May require a special quote: Large commercial microwaves, built‑in units requiring cabinet modification, or units with unknown wiring modifications.
• Not accepted: Appliances contaminated with hazardous chemicals or units with sealed hazardous waste without prior arrangement.
