Half Load Pickup — Flexible, Affordable Curbside Collection

Need only part of a truck? Our Half Load option gives you a cost‑effective way to remove a smaller amount of household debris, furniture, or mixed items without paying for a full truckload. We offer free curbside pickup when items are placed at the agreed pickup location. If items are inside or you need them carried out, choose our in‑home removal add‑on for an additional fee. We do not accept drop‑offs and we do not perform utility or permanent disconnections — items must be unplugged/disconnected before pickup where applicable.

What a Half Load covers

• Collection of a partial truckload of mixed household items (typical capacity: roughly half the volume of our standard truck — see product page for exact cubic/weight limits).
• Useful for downsizing, cleanouts, single-room furniture removal, or mixed loads that don’t fill an entire truck.
• Items are sorted and routed for reuse, recycling, or disposal depending on condition and local rules.
• Pickup receipts provided on request for records or business use.

How to prepare your Half Load

• Group items by type where possible (furniture, electronics, bags of clothing, boxed goods) to speed loading and sorting.
• Disassemble large furniture if practical and pack small parts in labeled bags.
• Unplug electronics and remove batteries, ink/toner cartridges, or other consumables you wish to keep.
• Ensure bulky items meet size/weight limits listed on the product page; notify us of oversized or very heavy items when booking.
• Place items at the agreed curb/driveway pickup point prior to the scheduled window. If you need pick‑up from inside the home, select the in‑home removal option at checkout.

Accepted & not accepted

• Generally accepted: Small to medium furniture (chairs, small tables, dressers), boxed household goods, bagged clothing, mattresses (size/condition permitting — check product rules), small appliances (unplugged), and other non‑hazardous household items.
• May require prior approval or extra fee: Large furniture, bulky items, pumpkins or yard debris in heavy volume, items containing refrigerants (fridges/freezers), mattresses above size limit, or very heavy equipment.
• Not accepted: Hazardous materials (paint, solvents, pesticides), medical waste, pressurized cylinders, large commercial equipment, liquids in bulk, and items requiring professional disconnection or demolition. We also do not accept drop‑offs.

• Flat rate for a Half Load — price displayed on this product page. Volume and weight limits apply (see details per service area).
• Free curbside pickup when items are placed at the agreed pickup location and meet preparation rules.
• In‑home removal available for an additional fee to carry items out of the property — select during booking and provide photos/details for an accurate quote.
• Same‑day/next‑day pickup may be available depending on route capacity and your location.

Important safety note: We do not perform electrical, plumbing, or gas disconnections. Items that require utility disconnection must be made safe and disconnected by you or a qualified technician before pickup.
