What’s included

• Curbside pickup (no extra cost): Place the fridge at the agreed curb/driveway location and our team will collect it on the scheduled day.
• In‑home removal (additional fee): Our crew will remove the fridge from inside the home or another difficult location for an added charge — select this option at checkout.
• Responsible processing: Units are taken to licensed facilities where refrigerant is recovered and materials are recycled whenever possible.
• Receipt & documentation: Disposal receipts available on request for commercial or insurance purposes.

Preparing your fridge

• Unplug and defrost at least 12–24 hours before pickup to avoid leaking water.
• Remove all food, loose shelves, and personal items.
• Secure or remove doors if possible (we may remove doors at pickup for safety reasons).
• Place the unit at the curb/driveway prior to the scheduled pickup window if choosing curbside service.

Accepted & not accepted

• Accepted: Residential refrigerators (top/bottom freezer, side‑by‑side, compact/fridge‑freezer combos).
• Not accepted without prior approval: Commercial walk‑in units, large commercial refrigeration systems, units with hazardous modifications, or appliances containing unknown hazardous substances — contact us for special handling.
